Day Cab Conversions offers several different types of day cab conversion kits for the Peterbilt. There are two fundamentally different types of sleepers associated with the Peterbilt brand. One is a non-integral sleeper which is the type of sleeper found on models like the 359, 377, 378, 379, 386, and 389. These sleepers are relatively easy to remove. With this type of sleeper, there are non-Uniblit, Unibilt, and Ultracab models. We sell these conversions directly to the public or through one of our Certified Partners. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you specify which of the three configuration you have as they are all different and are NOT interchangeable. They come complete with back panel, rear window, trim ring, interior (black, tan, or gray), and all of the mounting hardware.

We also offer a pre-assembled air ride suspension for all these models. While the air ride under the sleeper can be disassembled and relocated, it is often difficult to accomplish due to wear, rust, and corrosion. Our suspension is complete and includes all of the hardware necessary to mount it to the cab and cross member. you will not reuse any of your old suspension pieces! The brackets are all powder coated for a good look and long term resistance to the elements.
